Dr. Raphael Pfeffer is Head of Corporate Strategy & Business Development at IPG Automotive, where he leads strategic growth, global market development, and corporate development initiatives. Prior to this role, he held several positions at IPG Automotive, including Manager Innovation Management, Product Manager, and Test Systems Engineer. Since 2022, he has also been Co-Founder and Managing Director of RevoAI GmbH, a company for AI-based requirements engineering.

Dr. Pfeffer holds a Dr.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, an M.Sc. in Business Psychology, Leadership & Management and a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
